We had a great time in South Carolina but we are so glad to be back home! We stayed three days at the beach and unfortunately, Hayden didn't make it to the beach but he had lots of fun with everyone and we got some great pics. Hayden did pretty well being off schedule. The first couple of nights were hard but then he started sleeping ten hours, with the exception of the last night when he didn't want to sleep AT ALL! We still have no idea what was up with that. It made travel day longer but we survived. Our plane was late so we didn't land in Boise until 11:21 and it took an hour to get our bags and get on the road. After a 45 minute ride home, Hayden got to bed around 1:10 and I finally made it there at 1:30 am. Poor MAtt had to be to work by 7:00, but Hayden slept in until 7:40 and we took a nice two hour nap this morning. He is taking his afternoon nap right now so it seems everything is back on schedule.
We are heading to Myrtle Beach, SC Carolina for a vacation with Matt's family. We are finally ready to go. I actually thought we were doing pretty good until I was ready to go to bed and remembered all the little things I needed to do. You know, all those last minute things that take longer than all the big, standard things. My endless list making didn't make things happen any faster, but I dare say I am totally prepared to fly across the country to go on a beach vacation for a week with my 7 month old.
